Tracker Mortgage Benefits
The main benefit is that as soon as the Bank of England reduce the base rate, the tracker will follow suit even if the lender does not pass this reduction on to it's other mortgage products.
The other benefit is that the interest rate is likely to be lower than the lender's standard variable rate.
